For the last 2 days me and my dad have been looking around for video cards.At first we bought a nvidia 6600 oc for a AGP interface.I really didnt like the performance so i took it back and bought a PNY 6600 card.Which one is better,and do i need to get the nvidia 6600 back?

The chipset is the same. You didn't mention the brand of the 6600OC I would guess it was a BFG. The OC (overclocked) version should have better performance. The 6800GS is a good value card that is better than a 6600.
