I have GH3 for PC, and my video card doesn't support it. So, I have to get a new video card. Can you buy them at places like Future Shop? And how much do they cost? I need the Nvidia Geforce 7600.

you need to get a card BETTER then the bare minimum requirements. otherwise, you'll be on here about a month from now complaining that you cannot play some other game...
get a nvidia 8800 or better for your computer
(make sure your computer is compatible with the graphics cards you plan on buying before you buy it)

I was wondering right now i have a ATI Radeon series 9550 card and just got a new comp with a ATI Radeon™ X1200 built in the motherboard. I heard that the x1200 is not very good and its the low end of graphics stuff so i wanted to put my other 9550 card in the computer as well, i was wondering if thats possible?

No, you need to disable the onboard graphics either in the BIOS or device manager. Trying to use both will cause conflicts with each other.

Can you use SLI on two different video cards?
I know it says not to mix but I can't find my original videocard. Its a Gigabyte GeForce 7600 GS, GV-NX76G256D-RH. Is it possible to get another video card that is close to this model and link the two without running into problems?

as long as its 7600 it will work ... it has to be sli ready of course with the gold fingers at the top for the bridge .. clock and memory as well as bios are not required to be the same ... if its a 7600 and it is sli ready ur good to go ..

Cheap desktops have built in video but most have an AGP or PCI-E slot to allow a separate video card to be installed.
The add in video cards can range in size also....it sounds like the card you have is not a very powerful one because of the small size you describe.

I have a Sony VGNFZ140QE with Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor, 2 GB Ram, and Intel GMA X3100 Graphic Chipset. I can't play Call of Duty 4 with this video card. Is it possible for me to send it in to a computer shop and have them upgrade my video card so I can play CoD4?

What are some of the better video cards today?
I don't know much about these sort of things, but I'm hoping to upgrade my PC at some point to run my games better. However, there seems to be so many these days, I'm not sure which would be best for my system or how many are "fully" compatible with the games I play. So which video cards are recommended for a Win XP in order to play games like WoW, The Sims 2 games, and the Battlefield 2 games smoothly? Also, are there any other upgrades I should consider? Thanks.

I know a perfect card. I play all those games except wow and the card I am talking about can even run oblivion at high settings which is not really that amazing anymore but it requires more then those games.
The EAX1950Pro its a great card it does not support DX10 but if you use windows xp then you really do not need DX10 even more so for those games.
Plus vista still sucks. Its a card that is fairly compatibles and runs cool compared to other cards in its league. And its not too expensive.
It would be perfect for those games.
edited--- This card will run all of those games on max specs. but your PC will also need good enough ram and CPU. but if your PC is fairly new then with this card you will be laughing.

The Next Option is to go for GeForce 8600GT or 8600GTS. The next is the best; Geforce 8800Ultra (for real game lovers who wants to play games like FEAR at resolutions of 1920x1440) Hope you find your solutions

PC Gaming requires a lot of processing power. There's always a trade off between resolution and fps (frames per second) in pc gaming. This means if you want it to look nice, your animation will slow. if you want your animation to go fast and dont have a very fast graphics processor, you will have to turn down the detail.
My recommendation as an absolute base-line starting point would be an 8800gt. I have had a couple of slower cards in the last few months but they were an absolute pain in the butt for games like oblivion and fear.
Admittedly wow and sims 2 are at the lower demand side of things but if you want to play anything relatively recent l8r on down the track it may be nice to have the hardware on board to do it.
In any case good luck and happy hunting. The site above should provide a good starting point. if you only ever want to play wow and sims2 the card above may work ok and you wont need to shell out too much cash to make a go of it (provided you have the cpu and ram currently on board)

How do I stop my video cards from artifacting?
I had the nerd guys over and they said my video cards are causing artifacting. I have the old crossfire x1950s. they seem to run fine, just a few black squares on the screen every once in a while. He also told me to get upgrades. any suggesstions for a nicer but cheap video card for crossfire with Windows Vista drivers. And can I run SLI on this computer eventhough it was set up with crossfire?? Thanks!

Try improving your card and case cooling. Also go back to default clock settings in case the card is overclocked.
SLI only works on motherboards with NVIDIA chipsets. If your motherboard is crossfire capable, it is most likely that it will not support SLI.
