I'd like to know if I should plug both of the monitors into one card (they are SLi linked Geforce 7800 GT's, both in PCI express slots) or if I should plug them both into seperate cards? What would give me the best performance? Since I'm only using one monitor for gaming and one for an extra desktop, I want the best performance on my main monitor as possible. Thanks.
How do I plug in dual Monitors to Dual video Cards?
plug them into separate cards, so that the gaming one can have a GPU all to itself and will not be hindered by the other monitor. just make sure that you get the software configured correctly
Reply:Well, you sure spent a lot for 7800 GTs so I would think it would come with a guide or manual for them. If you can't find one, contact NVidia
