GeForce 8800 Ultra

The difference is memory and processing. Oh, and don't forget cost.
Reply:Video card = graphics card. They're both the same thing.

As for the best video card, you should look into the Nvidia 8800GTX cards.
Reply:Well, as many people said before me, the most powerful video card for gamers is the NVidia 8800 Ultra, without a doubt. And that's coming from an ATI fan too. =P

BUT... that is designed for gamers. If you really want a powerful card for things involving much more Business/Science-like ventures, check out the PNY NVidia Quadro FX5500. This card is MASSIVE! Someone even said that they got about 840 fps on Battlefield 2 with it.

Of course, the price of this thing is enormous as well, but hey; you did ask for the best one out there. Even though it isn't very practical for gamers really, it's the best out there. =P It's listed on NewEgg.com for $2,399.99; a price not very many people can afford. =P

Reply:EVGA is also a top of the line brand, though their cards can be very expensive, especially the Black Pearl editions.
