I dont meet the requirements for Rome Total war because of this card ? Whats the difference and if I need a new one can anyone help me in what to look for ?

Whats the difference between the video cards?
Its going to be hard finding a new video card for this setup, since its using a family chipset. A family chipset is basicaly your motherboard, soundcard, videocard ect. all in one spot. Alot of games do not like this family chipset setup. My friend had the same problem with Battlefield 2142.
