Do all graphic/video cards work with all computers?

No.

Do all graphic/video cards work with all computers?
yes to a degree

most cards are platform agnostic ona hrdware level if the computer has an agp or pcie slot the card wil run with some precautions apart from the drivers you need to flash the card's bios to have it work under mac os X

some cards are flashable some arent

every video card works under windows

most video cards work under linux either with a generic driver or a specialised driver written specifically for linux
Reply:As long as the slot type is correct, and the OS is from the same family (i.e. Windows cards won't work in a Mac) and you can get drivers, then YES!
Reply:there are so far 2 kind of slots for vga

AGP (old version)

and PCIe witch is the current slot for vga

for example N9600GT card is PCIe it means you should buy a mother board with pcie slot

or if your mother board has a AGP slot you cant buy any PCIe vga
