What is a good place to buy video cards- excluding intenet.?

Like I know the stuff at walmart is a rip off but would staple or office max be good?

What is a good place to buy video cards- excluding intenet.?
seach a place like amazon that gives you the best prices from online retailers..

then check your local stores websites best buy ,circuit city,,etc and see what they charge

if staples or office max carries video cards at all, its probably a very small assortment of low end or older cards
Reply:i don't know about local stores but i know a great site that sells computer parts and fully prepared computers at low prices, if u compare the manufactures prices to the site, they sell under the price. everything is brand new only, and if refurbished, the price is allot lower and don't worry, they'll indicate if it is refurbished. i have purchased plenty from them and i am very satisfied with what i got, and the shipping is also fast. there is a Canadian site as well as US. membership is free and includes paypal payment methode (either pay trough paypal or the site). it is hacker safe and also hacker tested daily. also safe to buy there.
Reply:Just compair it to what you are looking for i got a decent deal at curcuit city, depends on what features you want how much ram ect just do your homework and any graphic card you get is 10 times better than factory installed ones, as far as online goes im a little skeptical of delicate electronic things going through postage
Reply:no stores have good deals on computer parts. go to newegg.com man.

small local shops rip you off way more.
Reply:Probably not. Your best bet is a small local shop. They're less likely to rip you off.
