How do i tell if my motherboad will support two crossfire video cards?

i've currently got a x1300/x1500 in a medion pc... if i get another better ati card will they work together

How do i tell if my motherboad will support two crossfire video cards?
Find out what chipset your motherboard has. These chipsets are crossfire enabled.

AMD 580X CrossFire™ chipset

AMD 480X CrossFire™ chipset

ATI CrossFire™ Xpress 3200 chipset

Intel® X38 Express chipset

Intel® 975X Express chipset

Intel® P965 Express chipset

Intel® P35 Express chipset

so if your motherboard uses one of these and it has 2 x16 pci-e slots then you can run crossfire. You also need to make sure you have crossfire enabled video cards. a link to all of the crossfire enabled cards is here http://ati.amd.com/technology/crossfire/... in fact that page has a tab for which motherboards have an ati chipset so you can just look it up there.
