Can I have two video cards in one computer? I have two 256MB Nvidia Geforce 7200GS Graphic PCI-E Video Cards?

I have the available slots for them as well. Would there be any added benefit to having two on the same computer or should I just sell the spare?

Only use both if you need to run multiple monitors at the same time.
Reply:No you can't except your Motherboard support SLI mode and cards can connect in SLI Mode too.

You must have two PCI-e 16x slots on your motherboard so you can tell if you can use SLI mode.

Also motherboard chipset support SLI, and only if your motherboard has a NVIDIA chipset can use SLI. INTEL chipset usually support ATI cards and crossfire.

Also cards must connect at SLI,AND YOU MUST SURE THAT 7600 GS say SLI ready.

But still you need a motherboard with two PCI-e 16x.

Have a nice day
Reply:Sell it. you need sli to have them work together and your mobo needs to be sli compliant
Reply:sell the spare if your only going to use one screen
